Job Summary
To enhance the organization's total rewards strategy, the hybrid California Licensed Compensation Manager will implement and administer competitive compensation programs, manage base pay structures and job architecture, and ensure compliance with regulations for over 600 U.S. employees while collaborating with HR and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve compensation structures and programs in partnership with senior HR leaders
- Oversee the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases and bonus programs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation regulations through regular audits and documentation maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including 2 years in a managerial or senior analyst role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations and experience with market pricing tools
- Proficiency in compensation data benchmarking and salary structure design
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
