Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Complex Claims Advisor will oversee complex claims, provide technical guidance, and mentor staff while working remotely in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively oversee a complex claim inventory, assessing issues and directing resolutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the claims team, providing strategic guidance on complex claims issues
- Facilitate roundtables and lead calibration exercises to ensure consistency in claims handling
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- California expert with OSIP Certification
- Specialization in litigation strategy and resolution
- Industry designation(s) preferred
- Licenses as required for specific jurisdictions
