Job Summary
To support the Compliance Assurance Function of a regulated crypto business, the full-time California Licensed Compliance Analyst will conduct quality reviews of financial crime investigations, assess compliance with AML/CFT requirements, and collaborate with various teams to enhance investigation quality and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily independent QA reviews of financial crime investigations, evaluating adherence to AML/CFT policies and quality standards
- Collaborate with Financial Crimes Operations and other stakeholders to communicate QA findings and resolve process gaps
- Monitor investigator quality performance and prepare regular quality reports to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field; relevant compliance certification is an advantage
- Prior experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role within financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime investigations
- Proven analytical ability to assess regulatory obligations and produce well-reasoned written analysis
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively
