California Licensed Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the Data and Reporting team, the full-time remote California Licensed Compliance Consultant will manage coordination and audit management of external regulatory audits, develop compliance reports, and assist with compliance investigations and project management.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and documenting compliance efforts
• Develop compliance reports by evaluating compliance data, audit information, and reporting key findings to management
• Assist in managing projects by coordinating stakeholder contacts and developing project plans and schedules

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or a related field
• Experience in conducting compliance investigations and developing compliance reports
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to monitor regulatory changes
• Experience in project management and cross-department coordination
