Job Summary
Assisting with compliance activities, the full-time California Licensed Compliance Consultant will support compliance reporting, investigations, and implementation of regulatory updates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling data to identify potential risks and performance indicators
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data and determining corrective action steps for resolution
- Coordinate project plans and stakeholder contacts to ensure effective implementation of compliance efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, or regulatory development
- Knowledge of established regulations and standards applicable to compliance efforts
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems
- Experience in a clinical setting or project management is preferred
