Job Summary
Providing support for compliance activities, the full-time California Licensed Compliance Consultant will assist with compliance reporting, investigations, and implementation of regulatory changes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling compliance data to identify risks and report findings to senior team members
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data, identifying misalignments, and determining corrective action steps
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience in compliance or related areas
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or regulatory development
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and documentation processes
- Ability to analyze compliance data and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience coordinating projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
