Job Summary
Assisting with company compliance activities, the full-time California Licensed Compliance Consultant will support compliance reporting, investigations, and implementation efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with compliance reporting by monitoring and compiling compliance data to identify potential risks and remedies
- Support compliance investigations by collecting data, identifying misalignments, and determining action steps for resolution
- Coordinate project plans and schedules for compliance-specific deliverables while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, finance, project management, or related fields
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards applicable to the health care industry
- Ability to analyze and document compliance activities effectively
- Experience in project management is preferred
