To ensure adherence to compliance regulations, the fully remote California Licensed Compliance Manager will oversee the company's compliance program, lead compliance committee meetings, and develop training programs to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the adherence to the company's compliance program and modify it according to unique needs
- Investigate and respond to compliance-related issues, concerns, and complaints from various sources
- Develop and implement educational programs to ensure compliance with federal and state standards among employees
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of ICD10-CM and CPT coding principles and guidelines
- 4+ years of coding experience and 3+ years of auditing experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in medical billing and compliance in healthcare preferred
