California Licensed Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume retail banking client remotely, the full-time California Licensed Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining project data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project management, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• Collaborate with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct project delivery teams, create action plans, and track project progress to meet objectives and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Advanced mathematical skills for financial calculations
