California Licensed Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a financial retail banking client, the full-time California Licensed Construction Project Manager will manage HVAC, roofing, and parking lot upgrade projects remotely within the Pacific Time Zone, ensuring project delivery, documentation governance, and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project management, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Collaborate with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
• Direct the project delivery team, tracking progress and implementing action plans to meet objectives and budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced inquisitive mindset
• Proficient in sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
