Job Summary
To support the company's commercial contracting function, the full-time California Licensed Contracts Lead will manage a high volume of incoming contracts, oversee negotiations, and collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor contracts
- Coordinate contract requests to ensure timely review, prioritization, negotiation, approval, and execution
- Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to track and manage contracts and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong experience with SaaS agreements and CLM systems; Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience developing and maintaining contract playbooks and negotiation guidance
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) is valued
