Job Summary
To support the Research Operations Contracting team, the full-time California Licensed Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements while collaborating with various research teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and negotiate clinical trial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with Budget teams and local program administrative teams to facilitate contract processes
- Track and finalize agreements, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, and compliance
- Experience with intellectual property (IP) contracts
