Job Summary

Leading the firm's financial operations, the full-time California Licensed Controller will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls while collaborating with leadership to provide actionable financial insights in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the annual budgeting process and develop rolling financial forecasts
• Manage accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow forecasts while ensuring accurate month-end and year-end close activities
• Implement and maintain internal accounting controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
• CPA certification, required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, required
• 3+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience, required
• Public accounting or professional services industry experience, preferred
