California Licensed CRE Closing Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the closing of commercial real estate loans, the full-time California Licensed CRE Closing Administrator will ensure accurate documentation and compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies
• Administer loan disbursements and oversee loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with title companies and escrow officers to verify title policies and insurance coverage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in closing or funding commercial real estate secured loans
• Understanding of commercial real estate loan closing processes and documentation requirements
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
