Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Cybersecurity Associate, the remote position will focus on defending clients in privacy and data breach litigation, conducting legal research, and participating in all phases of litigation while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defending clients in various privacy and data breach litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents, including pleadings and motions
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial or privacy litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice and written discovery
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Active admission to the California State Bar is preferred
