California Licensed Director of Patient Access

Job Summary

Leading the centralized initiative for front-end revenue cycle workflows, the full-time California Licensed Director of Patient Access will serve as a liaison between local ministries and the Professional Revenue Cycle, producing educational materials and analyzing performance metrics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardize clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows
• Create educational collateral and establish performance thresholds for revenue cycle processes
• Analyze front-end revenue cycle metrics to drive improvements across professional markets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or administrative services
• 8 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to evaluate organizational needs and implement business improvements
