Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, the full-time California Licensed Educational Case Manager will manage student intakes, coordinate instructors, and track academic progress while providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intakes with families and students, ensuring effective coordination of instructors and tracking of student progress
• Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations, including managing schedules and handling daily business data
• Monitor students' academic progress and conduct conferences with program directors to adjust academic plans as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-3 years of progressive career growth in a virtual operations environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to manage remote teachers and engage with students and families effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
