Job Summary

Joining a dynamic litigation team, the Temporary Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney will work remotely, managing cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting discovery, taking depositions, and preparing for hearings, with a focus on complex labor and employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions while preparing for hearings, mediations, and trial
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions and pleadings

Required qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing with at least 3 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Extensive state court litigation experience
• Proven ability to independently manage all phases of litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work remotely from any U.S. state where the firm has an office
