Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to executives and the People Team, the full-time Senior Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment will provide strategic counsel on complex employment matters, manage significant disputes, and develop policies while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on workforce strategy, organizational change, employee relations, and compliance with employment law
• Lead the development of employment-related agreements, policies, and compliance programs
• Manage employment disputes and outside counsel relationships while monitoring legal developments

Required qualifications

• JD and active bar admission with a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex employment matters
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and experience advising senior leaders
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations
• Strong experience in managing employment litigation and regulatory matters
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to responsibly apply AI tools in legal work
