Job Summary
Guiding energy teams at large commercial and industrial facilities, the full-time California Licensed Energy Consultant will coach staff on energy savings practices, manage multiple customer engagements, and facilitate workshops and audits in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate facility and plant teams to adopt Strategic Energy Management (SEM) practices
- Deliver SEM engagements, including workshops, coaching, and energy-use tracking
- Analyze system performance and write clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in energy efficiency or industrial operations
- Proven project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to work with diverse personalities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
