Job Summary
Seeking a full-time California Licensed Enterprise Systems Engineer, this role will manage the monitoring, installation, configuration, and maintenance of technology solutions while providing technical leadership in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments and advancing cloud modernization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and manage the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools to streamline administration tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and effective technology solutions while diagnosing and resolving advanced platform issues
Required qualifications
- A four-year degree or 4 years of related technical experience
- In-depth experience with systems management tools and virtualization technologies
- Strong experience in Microsoft operating systems and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS
- Experience with backup software technologies and methodologies
- Demonstrable customer focus attitude and ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of technology issues
