Job Summary
To support a California-based health system, the full-time California Licensed Epic Analyst will build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude systems, focusing on Charge RTE workflows, while working remotely for a one-year engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude, emphasizing Charge RTE workflows
- Analyze and implement new build requests from business owners and operational stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve incident and service request tickets within agreed service levels
Required Qualifications
- Current Epic Grand Central certification
- Current Epic Prelude certification
- At least 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst
- Hands-on build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives
