To support a high-volume referral workflow, the remote contract California Licensed Epic Referrals Analyst will resolve end-user tickets, address post-go-live maintenance backlogs, and manage Workqueues while ensuring timely ticket resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve a high volume of end-user tickets related to the referral workflow
- Address the post-go-live maintenance backlog for Referrals
- Build and maintain Workqueues (WQ) and configure authorizations
Required qualifications
- Epic Certification in Referrals
- Experience supporting post-go-live maintenance backlogs
- Workqueue (WQ) build experience
- Authorization configuration experience
