California Licensed Executive Compensation Consultant
Job Summary
To support executive compensation initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Executive Compensation Consultant will conduct market pricing and analysis, develop compensation policies, and consult with business partners, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform market pricing and analysis by auditing compensation survey data and assessing competitive labor market trends
- Administer and assist in the development of compensation policies and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Consult with business partners to evaluate job content and responsibilities, providing recommendations for job classifications and salary grade assignments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in human resources, finance, or business operations, including at least two years on compensation projects
- Experience in executive compensation is preferred
- Human Resources Professional Certification (PHR) is a plus
