Job Summary
To provide high-touch technology support for executive leadership, the full-time California Licensed Executive IT Engineer will manage service definitions, deliver rapid response technical assistance, and oversee corporate events and AV production in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document the Executive Support framework, including service tiers and standard operating procedures
- Deliver immediate technical assistance across various platforms while ensuring a seamless technology experience for executives
- Lead technical staging and live production for corporate events and maintain optimal performance of executive conference room systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT desktop support or systems engineering, with 2+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise in macOS management and troubleshooting, with proficiency in Windows 11 and modern enterprise SaaS suites
- Experience with AV/video conferencing hardware and control software
- Impeccable communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Flexibility to provide on-call assistance and travel for high-profile events as needed
