Job Summary
Guiding clients through the mortgage process, the full-time California Licensed Executive Loan Officer will assist from application to closing, build relationships with referral sources, and analyze financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the loan process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to market the brand and facilitate real estate financing
- Evaluate client financial documents to determine eligibility for financing and advise on the home-buying or refinancing process
