Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives and financial reporting, the full-time California Licensed Financial Analyst will perform complex financial analyses, manage budget development, and provide executive-level reporting in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advises management on financial planning and analysis while modeling financial impacts
- Coordinates preparation of financial reports and business plans for management review
- Develops and maintains methodologies for forecasting costs and revenues, ensuring compliance with audit standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- Six years of progressively responsible experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or consulting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Experience with budget development and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to finance
