California Licensed Financial Supervisor
Job Summary
To support financial operations for California's Medi-Cal program, the remote California Licensed Financial Supervisor will lead the Financial Cash Control team in processing financial requests, overseeing daily operations, and resolving complex financial issues.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Financial Cash Control operations, including accounts receivable, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), refunds, and financial correspondence
- Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing daily workflow and service-level requirements
- Research and resolve complex financial issues involving clients, providers, and financial transactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Six or more years of experience in financial operations or related functions
- Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing operational performance in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with CRM, MMIS, healthcare claims, or financial systems preferred
