Key Responsibilities
- Prototype and deploy AI agents for customer retention, pipeline generation, and GTM productivity
- Create prompt templates and system instructions to ensure accurate outputs and define agent persona and tone
- Track and audit production agents to address performance gaps and integrate GTM data sources for real-time insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Working knowledge of GTM strategy and hands-on experience with AI workflows or LLM agents
- Experience creating internal documentation and toolkits adopted at scale
- Track record of building AI-powered tools or automations that improved workflows
- Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction in problem-solving across teams
