Job Summary
To support a growing team, a California Licensed Front End Developer will work remotely on a contract basis for 12 months, focusing on creating and deploying user-facing interfaces using modern web development tools and frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate in team environments utilizing methodologies like Scrum and Lean while ensuring Section 508 Compliance
- Lead the conversion of mockups to WordPress pages and troubleshoot front-end issues across various platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field
- Minimum of four years of experience in front-end web development
- Five years of experience in WordPress administration, development, and optimization
- At least three years of experience in leading conversion projects and direct communication with business owners
- Proficiency in programming languages including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
