California Licensed Front Line Clinician

Job Summary

To support the growth of clinical solutions, the full-time California Licensed Front Line Clinician will manage clinical support activities, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, and implementation support, while collaborating with healthcare partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products to improve key quality metrics in health systems
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers, including CNOs and infection prevention stakeholders
• Support retention activities and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support within assigned accounts

Required qualifications

• Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certification as per state requirements
• Experience in clinical support and customer relationship management in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of hospital-acquired conditions such as CAUTI, CLABSI, and HAPI
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to engage in local trade shows and educational events as needed
