Job Summary

To support families planning ahead, the full-time California Licensed Funeral Director will manage pre-need consultations, conduct phone and video meetings, and provide transparent guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and manage pre-need family consultations, guiding families through the arrangement process
• Conduct phone and video consultations, presenting information clearly and empathetically to families
• Maintain high-volume pipeline management, prioritizing and managing an active queue of over 1,000 monthly leads

Required qualifications

• An active funeral director license and a mortuary school certificate
• Experience guiding families through arrangement conversations, either pre-need or at-need
• Genuine comfort with technology, including CRM systems, video calls, and shared documentation
• Strong reading comprehension and the ability to learn quickly from written process documents
• Availability for rotating evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
