Seeking a California Licensed General Liability Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy development, discovery, and client advocacy while collaborating with claims professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation from initial evaluation through resolution
- Partner with claims professionals to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
- Mentor junior attorneys and serve as a technical resource on complex matters
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor and a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Member in good standing of the California State Bar
- Experience with legal research platforms such as Lexis or Westlaw
- Knowledge of insurance defense litigation and legal procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
