Job Summary
Seeking a part-time California Licensed Group Facilitator, the role involves facilitating Substance Use Disorder groups in a fully remote telehealth environment, collaborating closely with therapists, and engaging clients through effective group dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate groups using the current curriculum while fostering client engagement and cohesion
- Collaborate with Primary Therapists and participate in team meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Complete onboarding requirements and ensure timely communication and documentation per agency standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
- Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR
- Availability to work 3 weeknights, totaling 9 hours per week
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and proficiency with cloud-based communication tools
