Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time California Licensed Group Therapist will conduct group therapy sessions for clients with eating disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes positive rapport with clients and conducts ongoing assessments of their progress
- Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders while creating and updating individualized treatment plans
- Facilitates group therapy sessions and engages families in the treatment process
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with independent licensure
- Experience treating clients with eating disorders
- Able to obtain licensure in additional states as required
- Understanding of various models and theories related to eating disorders and mental health
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
