Job Summary

To drive evidence generation and maximize brand potential within Jazz's neurology portfolio, the full-time California Licensed HEOR Director will manage the global and US payer evidence strategy, focusing on lifecycle management, value defense, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HEOR evidence generation strategy for label expansions and new indications, ensuring timely delivery of comparative effectiveness and economic evidence
• Collaborate with Market Access and regional HEOR teams to create and execute evidence strategies for HTA re-assessments and renewals
• Direct the development and maintenance of Global Value Dossiers and AMCP Dossiers while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related quantitative field
• 7-10 years of experience in HEOR or Global Value within the biopharmaceutical industry or consulting firm, with a focus on neurology assets preferred
• Proven experience leading HEOR strategies and executing evidence deliverables for marketed pharmaceutical products
• Strong understanding of the US managed care landscape and global HTA environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality economic models and evidence packages
