Job Summary

To support client acquisition and satisfaction, the full-time California Licensed Home Care Liaison will build and maintain referral relationships, coordinate with local teams for high-quality service delivery, and manage a book of business to exceed revenue targets, all while working remotely.

• Manage a book of business to meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets

Required qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences, Gerontology, Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Recreation Therapy
• 2+ years of business development experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare sectors
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Computer proficiency for timely and accurate documentation of sales activities
• Current driver's license and proof of insurance
