California Licensed HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, the California Licensed HR Business Partner will work in a hybrid remote capacity, focusing on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance while supporting a union-represented workforce in San Francisco, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, staffing, performance, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide practical advice on employee relations matters and lead workplace investigations
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements while maintaining constructive labor-management relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience with substantial employee relations responsibility
• Experience supporting a union-represented workforce, including CBA interpretation
• Demonstrated knowledge of California employment and labor requirements
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and preparing documentation
