Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time California Licensed HR Compliance Specialist will manage the verification of employee identity records by comparing photo identification across internal systems, ensuring compliance with established criteria in a remote setting for approximately six weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare photo identification records to verify consistency and identify discrepancies
• Apply established review criteria consistently across a high volume of employee records within project deadlines
• Document review findings and escalate concerns to the HR Compliance project lead for further investigation

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HR compliance, document review, or identity verification
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) discreetly
• Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of records effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate visual/photo comparisons
• Availability for the full duration of the temporary engagement (approximately 6 weeks)
