California Licensed HR Generalist
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time California Licensed HR Generalist will partner with leaders on employee relations, conduct workplace investigations, and coach through performance management while working remotely from California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and employee development
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide compliant recommendations
- Analyze HR trends and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of employment law in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus
