Job Summary
To support a growing HR team, the full-time California Licensed HR Generalist will manage employee relations, oversee special projects, and ensure compliance with legal requirements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop human resources solutions by analyzing information and recommending actions
- Oversee special projects, including setting timelines and coordinating with relevant parties
- Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of direct HR experience, preferably in an hourly population or call center environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and detail-oriented approach
- Knowledge of state and federal employment law
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR practices/procedures is a plus
