Job Summary
Assisting senior consultants, the part-time California Licensed HR Generalist will provide day-to-day HR guidance, conduct research and data analysis, and help develop standardized project solutions while working remotely up to 24 hours a week on a 3-month contract with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries and providing HR guidance on various challenges
- Conducting research and data analysis to create reports and support operational delivery
- Developing templates and tools for HR topics such as performance management and talent acquisition
Required qualifications
- BS/BA, preferably in Business Administration, HR, or Finance
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate/internal HR role
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, especially California
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based tools
