Job Summary
Providing hands-on HR support during a temporary assignment, the California Licensed HR Generalist will manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day employee relations matters
- Support workplace investigations by gathering information, conducting interviews, and documenting findings
- Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and performance management
- Experience with HRIS, preferably Paylocity
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus
