Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed HR Specialist, the remote Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and support HR operations while collaborating with hiring managers and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own all recruiting efforts, managing the full lifecycle from role kickoff to accepted offer
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and conducting exit interviews
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, including full-cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience with HRIS administration and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workable and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Working knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and HR operations
