Job Summary

Independently managing the end-to-end processing of indirect auto loan applications, the full-time California Licensed Indirect Loan Processor will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely funding while working in a hybrid environment in Sacramento, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, serving as a resource for teammates
• Manage high volumes of loan-related communications and prioritize escalations to meet service level requirements
• Identify root causes of operational issues and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Associate's Degree or some college preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced lending environment with high loan processing volume
• Proven ability to manage complex loan files and resolve escalations independently
• Strong knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
