Providing exceptional service to pet insurance customers, the full-time California Licensed Inside Sales Agent will engage with clients through various communication channels to resolve issues, retain business, and promote insurance products in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing members to resolve payment issues and encourage renewals
- Assist customers with inquiries and support inbound sales queues during peak call volumes
- Maintain accurate member information and quotes in the CRM system, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
Required qualifications:
- Property and Casualty license required in all 50 states
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous inside sales, help desk, or customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Reinsurance
