To support its Insurance Services practice group, a California Licensed Insurance Attorney will work remotely, representing national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas such as bad faith, professional liability, and cyber liability.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation matters across state and federal courts
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal documents and analyses
- Collaborate with a team to manage a diverse caseload and provide strategic advice to clients
