To support its Insurance Services practice group, a California Licensed Insurance Attorney will work remotely to represent national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas, including bad faith and professional liability, while managing a diverse caseload.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various insurance coverage litigation matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents
- Collaborate with a team to develop strategies for complex cases
Required qualifications:
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts
- Preferred experience in insurance coverage litigation matters
- Strong research and writing skills
