California Licensed Insurance Producer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Insurance Producer will prospect for and sell insurance products, develop client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and service for various insurance products while maximizing client retention
• Generate new business opportunities and present services at prospect meetings
• Maintain strong business-to-business relationships to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
• Commercial insurance sales experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
• Preference for candidates with existing insurance licensure or industry designations
