Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake screenings and educate clients on available programs and services
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and maintain accurate documentation
• Schedule and coordinate intake appointments while managing communication with referral partners

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in intake coordination, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes is highly preferred
